2. The second law, to bear arms should most definitely stay legal. It should stay legal, because for safety reasons, so we can defend ourselves. If murders come into our house, even step a foot onto our property, we would get the right to shoot them down if they mean to do harm. Even out on the streets or if you are in a bank and they threaten to kill you, you can secretly pull you gun out and shoot the person and save yourself.
